In support of the Cleve Carney Museum of Art's Hokusai Exhibit, Shiny Squirrel Art Studio is teaching several Hokusai-inspired art classes this summer. Join them on Wednesday, May 28th 6pm-8pm at the beautiful Hyatt Regency in Lisle, IL for a Beginner Watercolor class. Students will receive a basic watercolor overview, several techniques including the wet-on-wet technique that can be found in many Japanese artworks and will learn how to paint various natural objects such as cherry blossoms, as well as non-natural objects. All supplies provided and no experience required.
