A couple of notes about the design:

  • Eduardo Kobra has created icinib murals all over the world. His works incorporate historical and iconic imagery combined with vibrant color and pattern.

  • Kobra would be designing and creating a new mural specifically for Glen Ellyn if chosen for this project.
